Who the format suits

The studio suits those who buy for seasonal visits, are considering letting, or want to enter the project with a smaller sum. If you need a separate bedroom, look at the 59 m² one-bedroom apartment.

On letting, plainly: there is no confirmed statistic for this scheme. The complex is being built and has no letting history yet. Ask the management company for a month-by-month breakdown and count by season.

How the total is counted

Each type has its own rate per square metre, and terraces, balconies and gardens are counted at half the rate of the apartment. Some studios have terraces of 9 to 28 m², and those variants cost more than the "from" figure. The price is confirmed when you enquire and fixed in the contract for the specific apartment.

• Which charges you pay after the purchase: upkeep of the grounds is usually not part of the price of the apartment.
