Privacy policy
This page explains what data we receive when you send an enquiry or simply read the site, why we need it and how you can control it.
Who handles your data
The controller of your personal data is SWISS LUXURY Építőipari Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (SWISS LUXURY Kft.), registered office: 1112 Budapest, Hermánd utca 31., Hungary, tax number (adószám): 26690261-2-43.
The company develops and sells the Swiss Luxury project (apartments in a gated eco-park by Lake Balaton, Veszprem, Hungary). Your data is handled by the project team.
You can send a question about your data through the form on the home page, writing "Personal data" in the comment: we will reply using the contact details you left.
What data we receive
When you send an enquiry, we receive what you typed yourself:
- your name and phone number (required fields);
- your email and messenger, if you give them;
- what you are interested in and how you would like to be contacted;
- your comment and anything you write in it.
The site also passes technical details along with the enquiry:
- your IP address and browser name (user agent);
- the address of the page the form was sent from;
- the source of your visit: advertising tags in the address (utm, yclid, gclid), the site you came from and the page of your first visit.
If you only read the site and do not send the form, we do not receive your name, phone or email. The site uses no advertising pixels, no visitor counters and no third-party fonts: fonts are loaded from our own server.
Why, and on what basis
- to reply to your enquiry, send the project presentation and the terms of purchase, and contact you the way you chose;
- to understand which channel (search, advertising, a publication) brought the enquiry, so we do not spend money on what does not work.
The basis for handling your enquiry is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. The basis for remembering the source for 30 days is the consent you give with the "Accept" button in the banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We make no automated decisions about you and we do not sell your data. Your contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry about the project.
Who receives your data
- the enquiry arrives in the project team's private working chat in the Telegram messenger, so the operator of that service also handles the data;
- if the team's working mailbox is connected, a copy of the enquiry is sent there too;
- a copy of the enquiry is kept in a log on the site's hosting server, which only the project administrators can access.
The data is not passed to any other third party, except where the law requires it.
How long data is kept
Enquiry data is kept while we are in touch about your enquiry and purchase, and is deleted at your request. The source tag in your browser lasts 30 days and is removed sooner if you decline storage or clear the site's data.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its handling, receive it in a portable form and withdraw your consent. These are your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you believe your data has been handled wrongly, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Hungary this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).
Cookies and data in your browser
The site does not set cookies. The only things it may store in your browser are two entries in local storage:
- sl_consent: your answer to the banner ("accept" or "decline"). Without it the banner would appear on every page;
- sl_attr: the source of your first visit (advertising tags, referring site, entry page) for 30 days. It is written only after "Accept".
If you declined or did not answer, the source is taken only from your current visit and goes with the enquiry as it was when you arrived on the page with the form.
You can change your mind at any time: the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the page shows the banner again, and clearing the site's data in your browser settings removes both entries.
Changes
If we start using visitor counters or advertising tags, this page will be updated before they go live and the banner will ask for consent again. The date of the latest revision is at the top of the page.
